Biography： |

|
| |
Shyoichi Akiba is a Professor of College of Industrial Technology Nihon University.
He was born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, on December 15, 1964.
He received his B. Eng. form Nihon University in 1987 and Dr. Eng. From Nihon University in 1994.
He has been engaged in the study on the mechanical estimation of soil and pavement materials and the optimization of the structure design. |
